Success in weeding rose beds

In May we had sunny skies to help us along with the weeding of the fourth rose bed. It was in a terrible state and we needed to ensure it matched the other beds which had been tackled by the park gardeners.

We had a big group of at least 15 people join us for the session. Dealing with the bindweed will now be faced on Glorius 1st June - hope to see you there! All garden volunteers welcome.
